Hi There! 

We are thrilled that you have taken the time to explore our page. Our names are Joel and Megan Tuscan. We have three amazing children, and we call Lancaster County, PA, home.

We found this gem of an A-frame in 2022, during our family beach vacation. We instantly started dreaming big of what it would be like to own our own beach house and shortly thereafter stumbled upon this property. At the time, it was a massive renovation project, but we were excited about all the potential the space held.

With a lot of help from our family, we spent two years rebuilding and customizing this A-frame into the space that it is today. We hope you come to love this space and that it becomes a staple in all of your future beach getaways. Enjoy!
